Q: Where are you located?

A: We get asked this all the time. We understand buying online can be scary if you don’t know where the merchant is based. We are 100% Australian Owned Company!

We are located at Darra 4076, Queensland

Q: Can I still order if I live in a remote area?

A: NO, for now we delivered only up to 20km Radius of Brisbane City

Q: What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

A: Check carefully before you add it to cart, because you can’t check out items and to delete it to proceed to checkout.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Yes, to get the free delivery you have to order atleast of 30 Dollars, less that 30 dollars may charge extra dollars.

Q: Do the GroceryShop.com.au products come with a warranty?

A: If the products you receive are damaged or faulty, please contact us through text or email.

Q: How do I register?

A: You can register directly on our website.

Q: What is my login? How do I reset my login?

A: Your login is created by you when you sign up to the website. You can reset it    by clicking on the ‘forget password’ link.

Q: How do I update my personal details?

A: Once you login to our webpage click on ‘My Account’ button to the right on top of the screen.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You Place an order on our website by selecting your products and checking out with the check out button which can be found on the top right of the page.

Q: How do I remove an item from the cart?

A: Once you have clicked on the checkout you will receive a summary of your basket. You can remove an item by clicking on the cross icon button on left side.

Q: How do I add an item to the cart?

A: You can simply add an item to the cart by clicking on the ‘buy’ icon. If you want to add another item once you have clicked on checkout you simply select ‘continue shopping’.

Q: Will my cart be calculated as I add items?

A: Yes, every time you add an item it will update the price

Q:How long does delivery take?

A: Your groceries will be packed on the next day and you should expect to receive it next very day until its urgent or paid extra fee for same day delivery.

A customer service representative will be in touch after you place your order. We will then aim to get your groceries as soon as possible.

Q: Do you have a pick up option?

A: No, pickups are not available.

Q: What happens if I’m not home on delivery?

A: A customer service representative will be in touch to make sure someone presence to collect grocery.

Q: If my order is accidentally mishandled, what do I do?

A: In the unlikely event of this occurring we ask you to email or text us within 24 hours. Please include all details about the item, order number and full details of the problem. We may request a photo of the item and its original packaging.

 Q: Are my credit card details secure?

A: Yes, your Credit Card details are Secure. We cannot store or have access to any of your Credit Card details as all transactions are processed through pay pal using a National Australia Bank Online Merchant Account in accordance with the privacy act

Q: Do I receive a receipt/tax invoice?

A: Yes, You will receive an email as soon as your order confirmation tax invoice.

Q: Can I view order history? How?

A: Once you login to our webpage you can check the status of your order by clicking on ‘My Account’ and view you order history.
